At work
Jess has more than five years’ experience working in human resources and holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification. At Fellmont Wealth, she manages the HR function, supporting the business across all areas of people management and helping to put the right processes and policies in place as the company continues to grow.
Her role covers recruitment and onboarding, employee support, performance management, HR policies and procedures, as well as supporting the business with employment legislation and best practice. She works closely with the team and management to help create a positive, professional, and supportive working environment.
Jess is passionate about people and enjoys creating effective HR processes that support both employees and the wider success of the business.

At home
Outside of work, Jess is happiest when she’s keeping active and making the most of the great outdoors. She loves hiking, going to the gym, and getting out for a good walk with her dog, Rudy, who is very much convinced that every walk is his idea! She’s also a keen reader and horse rider, and a big animal lover.
Jess is always up for trying something new, but if it involves fresh air, a good pair of walking boots, or Rudy, she’s probably already interested!
